Centers For Gastroenterology Reviews ( 120 )

  1. These people are evil! Not friendly at all only care about money! They’re very rude. They only want money from u they don’t care about your health. You might want to go somewhere else

  2. Had an appointment with a Doctor. He only gave me info. about a Colonoscopy not info. about a Endoscopy which I need MORE then a Colonoscopy! I have stomach issues, not colon issues!

  3. I told them I was looking for a doctor who would actually work on diagnostics to figure out why I’m sick all the time. All they did was look at my old doctor’s notes and tests and say they can’t help me. Complete waste of time.

  4. I’ve been here twice during the past month and have had a good experience both times. The staff are knowledgeable and caring. Didn’t have to wait long either.

  5. Worst experience I’ve had with a GI clinic. Over 3 weeks before I got test results. And then only because I had to call and get them to look it up. Uncaring and unprofessional staff. A waste of time.

  6. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I got a probable diagnosis and offers for pills if it happens again. No offer of what to do since I still cant eat anything or how to keep it from happening again. I got the brushoff and no diagnosis. Don’t go there. They only want your money.

  7. I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Just visited today and everyone was fantastic. Dr Hampton was kind and compassionate and really listened. Highly recommend.

  8. Front office staff are extremely unprofessional, don’t even try to be helpful, and their are mistakes waste a lot of your time! Providers gave zero follow up information after procedure. Zero consistency in provider care.
I would not recommend this practice!

  9. A very nice visit, I wasn’t expecting such nice compassionate people. From the receptionist to the nurses and doctors everyone was A+, and knowledgeable I would recommend them very highly.

  10. Jim, the office manager, lied to the lady from the medicaid office. He told her my doctor had to call to schedule the appointment to be seen by the doctors. I was told by Jim that they had the right to limit who they see. I was told that …

  11. The front office folks, PA, and my physician Dr. Webb were all friendly, prompt, professional & competent. A rare experience for all personnel in the medical field. Thanks to the entire staff!

  12. Everyone was nice and friendly. Made me feel very comfortable. Heidi Harrold PA was very thorough and made sure I understood all that she was saying. She answered all my questions.

  13. Had reoccurring nausea/vomiting/abdominal pain. He immediately said, “It’s anxiety.” Without any testing or anything. I requested for him to do an EGD and he even wrote on the note , “I suspect anxiety as cause.” Well good thing I went …

  14. Worst/rude service and biggest waste of time. Went to my scheduled appointment and they refused to see me due to misunderstanding their questionnaire. Do yourself a favor and save your time.

  15. Was told my problems were due to “womanly hormones” but the doctor had no desire to run any tests. I was in the ER a few days later. Now they’re trying to charge me a no-show fee for an appointment I cancelled.

  16. Good experience with Brian Cronk. Knowledgeable, willing to listen, and respond with useful information. The intake staff and the nurse were all friendly and competent.

  17. I have been going to this practice for 18yrs. I know I wouldn’t be here to write this review if it weren’t for Dr. Dunphy. She is an amazing doctor as well as an amazing woman. Absolutely the best in her field. I don’t know what I’d do without her.

  18. I wanted to give a shout out to Amanda in the Prior Auths department. She was friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to get everything pushed through before the end of the day so I didn’t have to wait until after the weekend to pickup my Rx. I really appreciate her! Thank you, Amanda!

  19. Greeting at front desk was excellent. Appointment was on time and I felt fully supported and trusted the health care I received. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

  20. The staff are very kind and professional. I have been going here for years and have never been let down by bad service. The doctor I see seems to really care about my health. Highly recommended.

  21. Your office is always a pleasure to visit. Dr. Kershner always makes my day with her fantastic attitude and genuine care for my health. She is top of the line.

  22. Dr Hampton is an excellent Dr. Unfortunately his nurse is the reason I left. She was beyond rude, when I asked to speak with the Dr the nurse refused. She told me to find a different Dr.

  23. I’ve seen Dr. Jenkins three times now for gastrointestinal issues. He is the best. He has always given me all the options for me to assess. He has always been very honest with me.

  24. First search on how much the average cost is for a colonoscopy. At this place it is 7,500+ and with the billing coding the out of pocket for me was 3k. The procedure was fine and they treat you like a number which is common for a practice of this size. I would look at other options.

  25. Well just so you know I never give 5 stars. so this 4 star review is like a 5 star review. Staff was super nice and efficient… Amy, Earl and Deb PA. It is so much better than when I visited there 2-3 years ago. Geaux team.

  26. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GO HERE. They work minimal days and will do absolutely nothing for their patients. If you have issues they will send you back to your primary doctor or to the er. The only time they will see you is when you are feeling …

  27. I can’t say enough good things about Brian Cronk. He is knowledgeable, explains things well, and was gentle delivering a hard diagnosis. I’m so grateful to have him overseeing my care.

  28. I saw PA Heidi Harrold on two occasions, including an initial visit and a follow-up. Ms Harrold was attentive, thorough, and knowledgeable. She prescribed a course of treatment that worked well for me. Ms Harrold has my confidence and I definitely recommend her.

  29. After insurance I paid 50$ to speak with a “specialist”, instead I received a very cold physician’s assistant. At the end of the appointment my take away was, Have you tried just suffering in silence instead of bothering me? Or how about you go back and try everything you have already tried for the last year with no success?

  30. The staff here is terrible. Doctors don’t listen to you and prescribe whatever tests they want to. Getting results is like pulling teeth. After getting a blood test (the lab had results that afternoon) it was OVER THREE WEEKS before I heard …

  31. I would highly recommend Dr. Compton and his nurse Amy. I have been going to the Center for Gastroenterology for several years now. They are kind, and compassionate, highly knowledgeable and treat me as a person. They have kept me out of the hospital and enabled me to eat and live again.

  32. DON’T GO TO ANY doctor at the Centers for Gastroenterology. Be it Loveland, Wyoming or Fort Collins. I had a bad experience with Dr. Jenkins in Fort Collins. His assistant DOESN’T return phone calls and emails are not answered for days. Dr. …

  33. Dr. Durkan and his assistant are great, but having to wait upwards of 2.5 weeks for test results is unacceptable in my experience. It was also difficult to get an appointment within a reasonable time after being diagnosed with what was possible internal bleeding. I have been disappointed in the overall experience.

  34. They wanted to do thousands of dollars worth of tests and didn’t listen to me to first test for one simple test that I thought I had. Then after finding out the price for the procedure they wanted to do I insisted on a simple test. My …

  39. I’ve had GI issues my whole life. I saw a GI last year at Banner who did nothing. Sat across the room from me, never shook my hand, and didn’t even feel my stomach before he prescribed me meds and left under 5 minutes; when I had waited …

Dr. Jenkins is so personable, knowledgable, and fantastic, and, finally, Melodie made checking out easy and fun. I highly recommend the Centers for Gastroenterology!

  56. They saw me a few times until I could get a colonoscopy done. After my procedure I have had no communication from them. I still have my health issue (nothing has been resolved) and it seems like I have been dropped. It seems like they only wanted my money. They did not even suggest who else to go to for help.

  57. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Dunphy was courteous, helpful and caring. She took the time needed to review my records as a new patient as well as time to learn how my health has changed. Gave me a detailed care plan.

  58. I have been a a patient here for around 2 years. My first experience was with Brian Cronk, who is a PA. He was very dismissive and condescending towards me, and I felt as if I was wasting his time. If you are a user of marijuana, don’t even …

  66. Jessica and Nathan are so awesome. I travel to Loveland just to have them give me my infusions. I know a Greeley location will be available to me soon but knowing they won’t be there makes choose to continue gong to Loveland!! Thanks you two you are THE BEST!!!

  67. I had a routine remicade infusion today and everything went well, as usual. The staff at the front desk and especially in the Infusion Center is always a pleasure to work with and extremely good at what they do. They are very professional but yet caring at the same time. Thank-you as always.
