Water is super expensive in Centerton, over $100 a month for regular use. The web page is hard to figure out and the staff I dealt with was somewhat rude. It seems they know we don’t have another choice in providers.
Would be zero if I could. Horrible company unfortunately in centerton forced to use them. Just moved here and for same amount of water use in last city was 30-40. Now its 120. And customer service there is horrible also.
Sent in a check that magically disappeared in the mail so instead of sending us a disconnect warning or notice, they just shut off our water. Called the emergency number and they couldn’t help until normal business hours.
One of the office girls named Amy (I think) was the nastiest and rudest person ive ever had to speak with. This place is the ONLY reason I hate living in Centerton. THE OFFICE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE!!

Costs are a bit high for their services I’ll admit. I’ve read all these negative reviews about their customer service but I gotta say I’ve never had a problem. Every time I called the people are open, friendly and very helpful. Emails are answered quickly and, again, very friendly and helpful.

Used Google to find the place, then realized coming up to the business using the address Google provides there was a sign saying they have moved. I had to drive all the way around to get to their brand new nice facility. As much as we pay per gallon and how much we pay in taxes you could at least update your freaking address.
