  1. We were having very slow speeds and we researched other providers and we saw that CentraCom offered faster speeds and so we switched to CentraCom as we needed faster speeds as our grandson is working from home 3 days a week. We have not had any problems and we don’t have slow delays now.

  5. The only reason we even use centracom is because they monopolize the area. They have terrible customer service they’ll charge you late fees even if it’s their fault the Internet always goes down and there’s nobody ever on call.And the customer service lady is actually pretty rude.

  7. The internet service is VERY BAD, cuts out drops off to 1 mbs then goes back where you paid for then drops off with nothing, they will NOT fix or look in to why if you can find anything else DONT use centracom.
