The whole system is setup badly, there is no way to figure out what your account number is when they’re closed. And you’re not home and have access to it. All you should need is your damn name and your freaking address.
I just left from trying to pay my bill at the drive thru window after sitting there for 15 mins hitting the call button repeatedly while two were around and seen me but never came.

Everyone you reach via phone had the worst attitude, regardless if you talk extremely polite with them. No one answers simple questions, and then passes thr buck to their “supervisors” whom never return your call. Sad.

We have had CEAC for years. I love them. When they are outages, our power is never out for very long. They get right on it and get it back on ASAP. Their online bill pay is easy to use. If you need to call them, they are helpful and courteous. I have No complaints and have been their customer since 2003!!

Have been trying for weeks to get my rebate for hot water heater setback. The set back was installed a month ago and I have been getting the run around since –trying to get my rebate.
