Dr. Ingram is wonderful and so is his staff. He takes the time to translate things into English, and I have always had a quick response when trying to get an issue resolved. Highly recommend Dr. Ingram.
Not a fan of how disorganized they are. I showed up to an appointment, but they put me down as a no show, and then had trouble scheduling next appointment because they incorrectly put the no show in. I feel like a number, not a patient here.

Absolutely ridiculous trying to get in touch with the billing department. I have called several times on different days, have left call back numbers for them to contact and I still have not been called back. If you want my bill paid then learn how to answer a freaking phone.
Dr. Lovick performed surgery on my grandmother and took amazing care of her. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful!
Dr. Newman and the staff are excellent! They take the time to listen to your concerns and address them, and they don’t make you feel rushed. I continue to have a positive experience and would recommend them to my family and friends.
Treat patients as if they were just objects. No personality from the staff and doctors. Doctors don’t keep their word and will not contact you for months following a major surgery.
They seem to care more about the money you owe them vs your personal health. Dr. Thomson will not hold to his word and you can expect not to hear back from them for months following a major surgery.
