  3. I have both NFCU and Central. Central has always worked better for me for loans and day to day banking. They helped me out with my mortgage after NFCU screwed it up.

  4. Customer service is awful from management down to MSRs! I advise you to take your money and go elsewhere. Their fees are ridiculous and if you do not watch your account closely they will take your money. Back to Pen Air we go. We thought we made the right choice by switching but it was definitely the wrong choice.

  6. Stay away from this credit union. Their web site is a joke, even their own employees can’t figure out. They charge outrageous fees- they stole $50s from each of my daughters savings account because she didn’t use it enough.

  7. I met Brieana Bodiford many years ago, when I was seeking a loan, and she continues to be my “person”. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. CCUFL is very fortunate to have her representing them to the public.

  8. I was shocked how extremely rude the two Bank tellers were. When I asked them a question why the transaction wasn’t possible she immediately went into an aggressive mood.   14. I have been with them since I was sixteen (savings account at first) and I have always loved them. They are always polite and very understanding. I have 3 kids at all times and every time I’m in there they are so sweet to them and don’t make it seem like a problem (like other banks I’ve been to have). Love them and always will!
