UNBELIEVABLY RUDE HEARTLESS people!!!! They wouldn’t wait 2 hours for me to go meet my sister in town to get cash to take to them before they shut my power off!!! 2 HOURS!!! I will at all cost avoid EVER getting another house in there “district”!!! Beware avoid them as much as you can!!!
Its at electric company. They have better pricing that most I’ve dealt with in the past in other areas. I also hear they are better than the other local option. They could stand to be a little more lenient but they have to make money like everyone else.
Initiated service today, Samantha was quiet helpful and courteous. I’ve not had a residential acct with CEC prior to this, it was a fast and easy process. Thank you!
I opened an account with them, i very specifically spelled my name, and they SOMEHOW STILL got it wrong, so i cant get anything switched over to my address, when i called them to have them change it, the woman was very short and rude …
This is an excellent electric utility. In over seven years of being a customer of this utility, I have not had even ONE unplanned power outage.
And, their rates are lower than the mega-utility that surrounds their service …
Hope that you NEVER have to have service from these people! They are heartless!
I always thought Pacific powere were jerks Thats until I moved and had to have these guys.
