Unexplained charges, only can contact them via phone call and I moved out of the area and disconnected my service yet they still send me a bill to say someone else is paying the electric bill. They give me a break down of this other person’s electric usage! This should be a data privacy violation.

  25. WOW! Power lines on the ground over 30 hours since the power first went out. Called to follow up and a recording stated that “service has been restored”. We have not seen a truck yet.
