Days later and still waiting for a return call from the nurse.
Awesome dr, and very caring staff!!
Great experience and great people. Highly recommended.
Visited this location today for a procedure and EVERYONE was extremely nice, pleasant and professional. From the front desk to check out. I highly recommend this location!!
Dr Polack very professional been with him through 6
Pacer/Defibrillator replacements
Dr. Parikh is the best. I love the fact that he takes his time and actually listen. And always ask about my daughter.
I completely agree with the other responses the front office staff where you check in or extremely rude and act like they hate their jobs their tone and sarcasm is beyond rude. Don’t bring your elderly parent here.
Dr. Hazday has treated me for 25 years, inserted pace maker in 2010 and is one to be trusted and is an excellent doctor.
He treated me with respect, he LISTENED to me. He wasn’t carrying a computer and mumbling while rapidly typing on it. That is a biggie I’ve found. Eye to eye contact! What a joy. I’m happy. Btw, I’m a retired RN, I’ve done my due diligence.
Dr. Parikh is a outstanding physician, caring and respectful to your needs. I trust him with whatever advice he gives me in my care. Wonderful Doctor.
I was treated on various occasions for tachycardia by Dr. Pollak, Dr, Hazday, and Dr. Dublin. All were very caring, thorough, and courteous. Dr. Pollak persisted until my condition was solved.
Great admin staff but doctor Parikh is always running late. Like, really late all the time I see him. He doesn’t even apologize or acknowledges that he’s so late when he eventually shows up.
Nice people they took good care of my wife
Excellent & caring staff. Helped me manage and deal with my own heart condition (WPW) via surgery. Would highly recommend stopping by if looking for caring cardiologists in the Orlando area.
My Cardiologist is Dr. Kumar could not be a better cardiologists.
It was the first time using Dr. Pollak as my physician and I found him extremely detailed, encouraged me to do some follow up like taking a stress test just to make sure my heart was as strong as I thought it was. Very easy to make an …
I called this place to make an appointment. First of all, I had to call about 15 times until they answered the phone. Then, I was put on hold for a long time. And finally, the woman that answered the phone was just plain rude. It sounded …
Beverly Carr, the scheduling coordinator is rude. I asked her a simple question and she gave me complex attitude. I can take myself and my money somewhere else, do not need your attitude. It is a bad look for a doctor’s office to be a new …
Dr. Bennett put in my pacemaker when she was at her Sebring, FL office. She is a wonderful, caring doctor and I wish she hadn’t moved to Orlando. Unfortunately, her nurse Tonya is a different story. I called her Orlando office to ask if …
Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor’s office. I went in for what I thought would be a routine visit to schedule an echochardiogram, but the next thing I knew Dr. Thakur was telling me I had had a heart attack (which I hadn’t) …
Dr. Parikh is the best physician I’ve ever had. He really listens to patients, and takes all the time necessary to make sure your questions are answered. Sure, he is often running late, but that is why, and it is totally worth it.
I came across the country to have some badly-needed and long overdue back surgery done. However, before I could have the surgery performed, I had to have my pacemaker read. I had not had that done in a few months due to my move. Even …
Billed $1650/hr for a 10 minute consult with the DR. They will tell you that your portion is much smaller but that is a diversion from the truth. I PAY FOR MY INSURANCE TOO PLUS THE BILL. I was told to get a stress test and an echo within a …
In March, a senior family member was visited by Dr. Sprung at Advent Health Altamonte (hospital). Dr. Sprung introduced himself since our family member was not alreay a patient of cfcg. He was very friendly and explained medical issues …
Our family has had two occasions to use Dr. Anderson with this group. He is very punctual and his bedside manners should be an industry model. …
Central Florida Group has a long standing reputation for as the first and one of the best cardiologist groups in Central Florida. My family has two personal experiences with this group of doctors and their staff. My mother-in-law had a …
The front office gave me the run around, after getting my documents from a previous doctor to them the Lake Mary Office kept trying to schedule me there with one doctor where Beverly at the Orlando office gave me three choices. After …
I found the front desk staff where you check in very rude and unprofessional. They act as if it is inconvenience for them to do there job .. also found Diane on the second floor very unfriendly and seemed to also to be bothered by having to …
Dr. Parikh is the cardiologist helping me. He has a manner that I might associate with doctors when I was growing up. He is knowledgeable, professional, and caring. He took the time to explain my situation and alternatives. Everyone I came …
Great group, Dr.Thakur excellent cardiologist, very concerned about his patients. Generations of our family are in his care.

Dr. Potts was was terrific, wonderful bedside manner. He didn’t make me feel rushed at all. He took his time and not only answered all of my questions, he gave examples of other topics to make sure I understand 100%. The front desk ladies …
I have been a patient here for over a decade. Due to doctors moving out of state I am with my third Cardiologist. With the three doctors and their staff taking care of me, I am well and active. The front desk staff, the nursing staff, the …
Good 2 years ago. Now appointments take forever to get and complete when you do get. Can never get questions answered through the portal or called back on the phone. Have had my disability insurance stopped two times because I can’t get the paperwork filled out. It is worse than dealing with the government.
Dr Potts has been the cardiologist for both my husband and me for several years. He is kind, compassionate, and always listens to our concerns. He goes above and beyond. One major example of this is my husband, who has AFIB, was …
Today I had a nuclear stress test at the Orlando office of Central Florida Cardiology. I knew going in that it would be around 4 hours mostly sitting and waiting between different phases of testing. Everyone there was super pleasant. They …
Doctor Michael Potts was very kind and informative and took the time to answer all my questions. Great personality and a really good person. I’ve had many disappointments and awful experiences with doctors but this was not one of those …
Where to begin? When you walk in, you will feel like you’re in a time warp back to 1981 with the outdated decor. The waiting room is noisy with patients spread out everywhere. No WiFi either. …
They are horrible. Only one phone for more than 10 cardiologists. They are basically inaccessible. Leaving messages and no responses. Disorganization total. I got a an ultra sound performed February 15 and cannot get the results as of Feb …
It feels like they are there to sell you medical testing. It is one of those places that you are treated badly by the staff because they think coming to work in pajamas makes them superior to you. If you walk in the door…. you need a …
Incredibly rude receptionist. I called to make an appointment and the woman who answered was straight up awful to me. She also said I had to come in and sign a release so that they could get my prior info before coming in to my appointment. …
Well air conditioned, friendly staff.
