Can’t get a simple phone call returned, left 3 messages on different people’s voicemails, NOT ONE RETURNED CALL YET. Just need a colonoscopy and it’s what they do, yet don’t wanna help us on that. Poor office help. Sad
Speaking as the driver for my wife. The employees are all great here and especially the receptionist. Not sure of her name but she knew everyone’s name and kept all happily informed. Keep that lady! Nurses were all personable also.
I had a colonoscopy with a polpyp removed with no pain and no drugs. My previous two were with the head of the department at NWU’s teaching hospital, and CIE was certainly comparable. Also got a C@@L Keep Your Rear In the Clear tee in olive. Great place, and I’m goig back!
I had to have a colonoscopy earlier this year due to an abnormal CT scan. Obviously, this is not a pleasant experience! However, the nurses and the office staff couldn’t have been nicer or more reassuring! (I took off one star because my anesthesiologist was really cranky.)
My Cobra runs out the end of June, and I have met my deductible. My OBAMA care will have a $5000 deductible. I had called my insurance company and they went through my records and recommended to me what wellness / diagnostic procedures I …
I had a great experience at Central IL Endoscopy for a recent colonoscopy. Everyone was professional and friendly. The procedure was efficient and painless. A much better experience than I have had with a different provider. If you have a choice, choose CI Endoscopy!
At my most recent procedure the staff was very professional and did a fantastic job I was very pleased .
Friendly, quick and efficient. I didn’t have to spend much time waiting at all. I would definitely go here again if I need further procedures.
Very considerate and explained everything. Kathy did referrals and follow up phone calls. Gary was in very good hands.
