Great experience with the Radiologist and PA at Central Kentucky Radiology. They recently took care of my grandmother and were very professional and compassionate.
My account was turned over to collections in less than 60 days from my date of service. They had sent one bill to a wrong address and I never knew I even owed anything. I received a collection agency letter one day and then the next day I received the initial bill. Ridiculous!!!
Unprofessional and untrustworthy. They will bill you late late, and claim to not have insurance information and send it to collections and add interest. They don’t care.
Service was fine, but they sent me to collections over a measly $36 in mis-billed charges that should’ve been billed to my daughters medicaid. Simply unkind considering the $36 wasn’t even valid in the first place.
