Blew up expensive audio gear, awful customer service with no attention to situation. Continued to charge us after move out date. One of my worst experiences with a business ever.
Good prices. Awkward new payment system. The coast isn’t a metropolitan area. Not happy to have to deal with a machine after 35 years of helpful service. Even Pacific Power and PGE have people to answer the phones.
