  4. I live in Bowdoinham. We lose power at the slightest breeze. Currently we have been without power for 12 hours due to heavy rains.

  11. They “estimated” my bill as well over $100 when my typical bill is under $60. The reason? They said they couldn’t access my meter. The “door was locked”. The door doesn’t even have a lock.
