  8. Garbage company, always having outages and they get a stick up their bum when you miss a payment due to being out of town for the first time in over a year. High rates, poor service, and they left my gate open for the dogs to get out.

  10. It’s hard to get any help. No one knows what’s going on and everyone needs to ask a supervisor. Even engineering. Virginia is the only person worth dealing with. She’s always able to get things worked out.

  11. We are constantly losing power, even on days with absolutely no weather. There’s absolutely no rush to get anything back up and running; which is extremely frustrating, during the winter and summer months.

  14. I think this company is ok. Came from Albuquerque, using PNM. PNM was the worst with high bills. There are some brownouts and blackouts, but I have found customer service friendly and helpful. My bills are super low here compared to Albuquerque.

  28. Buy a standby generator if you want to live here, between the blackout and brown outs (experiencing one currently 12/17 9am) it will be your best investment.
