I’ve called and left messages for this establishment and no return phone call. Called multiple times in one day ALL day, absolutely nothing. No one ever answers the phone. How are we supposed to get answers to our questions if their business is not operational? Billing people and go ghost. They should be reported.
I paid $500 towards my son’s bill. My bank statement reflects this. I got a new updated statement saying I only paid $125. Absolutely zero way to get in contact with these people, as they won’t answer the phone or return any messages. They just keep sending incorrect statements with no way for me to dispute them.
Update: I contacted the email they provided in their review and Ally emailed me back with in 10 minutes of getting my email even after hours. My issue was resolved The very next morning. I hope the phone issue is figured out but the email …
