They denied my appointment request with no explanation. Then when they provide services, you do not even hear back from them. I am never using their services again.

Wow just wow. Staff are very friendly and informative and make you feel COMFORTABLE and at EASE. They give you lots of info on prevention and offer PreP which is an HIV prevention.

Central Outreach provides full medical care to the LGBTQI community. They’re professional, friendly, and helpful. It’s also quite easy to get seen without an appointment, if needed.

If you are non-binary/genderqueer of any sort, be careful about the mental health services here. When I was questioning my identity, I received invalidation and accusations. The people involved seem to have good intentions with other patients, but they do not work well with people outside the norm.
Misgendered me in health records on all counts. When called, they didn’t fix that – half of the health records still misgender me – and had the audacity to say it was because my ID still reads as M. 1. They never asked for an ID, 2. My ID has read as F for a while.
