  9. There is 24 hours in a day, yet they continue to dump construction waste at 430 in the morning, 20 feet away from where people sleep. I have called the police so many times. According to the city noise ordinance, this should be illegal, but I doubt they care about the working professionals who have to be up early in the morning.
