You walk in, no reception. Got to pick up the phone and hit zero… 2nd time, someone answered. I get it is self serve at a lot of places but for a bank corporate office… you think they have someone to represent the company in person.
As a service provider, Trüpp had a very positive experience working with Central Willamette CCU and were impressed by their commitment to their employees and willingness to allow Trüpp to operate as an extension of their business.
Extremely dishonest Credit Union. Try and deal with their customer service and point out their mistake and the response I got……. “You should hire an attorney. We wont fix our mistake.”
Great customer service and great rates. We appreciated how well they took care of our financial needs. All are always ready to serve with awesome attitudes.

The building is amazing…super high ceilings…bright colors…haven’t seen another building around here like it. All the rooms have cool names..loved it.
