  1. I reached out to Victoria Mills re: a late fee attached to my POA semi-annual fee. I did remit it late and apologized for doing so. She immediately had the late fee removed, because I’ve never before been late with a payment, after living here for 10 years.

  2. I have been so disappointed working with this business. I made 2 written and 2 phone call attempts to get help with a situation and got no response. It seems to be all about the money.

  3. People park in the street and on the grass (violation) and they tell me my grass is too “tall”. Numerous HOA violations in this community that are not enforced.

  4. Absolutely horrible. Rude, condescending, and getting paid to do nothing. The whole community of HOMEOWNERS is upset with the lack of communication and lack of upkeep in our community. The attitudes are horrible and the lack of concern for homeowners is deplorable.

  5. The worst customer service ever… as a resident of Park Place Condominiums I called for help on a situation and was put on hold twice and after 10 minutes hung up on both times with no apology no solution not even an explanation of any sort. Totally disrespectful people and inept.

  6. This place is a joke. Horrible service, rude people. There are still damaged fences from the hurricane and they are now saying July before repairs will begin. Completely unacceptable. Too bad there isn’t a zero star option.

  8. Complete garbage company, lack of any follow through or response. Clearly about taking money and ending up with it in their pockets, not the community they “police.” I won’t go on as the other reviews are pretty much spot on.

  9. They enforce nothing. I have called and emailed our “property manager” for the past two months to no avail. All they care about is getting the HOA checks.

  10. Wrote them 5 letters about a concern. None were answered. Requested assistance several times. No response. Lied to me about sending me 2 letters in the mail. Nothing arrived. Lacks professional protocol in dealing with homeowners, in my opinion.

  12. If I could leave zero stars, I would. The HOA adds zero value to the life of us neighbors, the organization operates inefficiently, and communication is sparse and inaccessible.

  14. Terrible company to work with. They have let our community turn to trash while increasing our HOA dues to $265 per MONTH. And this is a community without any kind of courts to keep up with, no community gym or club house and the grounds looks absolutely terrible

  15. THE WORST HOA MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN WILMINGTON. I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY ASK FOR A REVIEW WITH EVERY EMAIL THEY SEND. DALE WILL NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS, EMAILS, ETC. I LIVE IN THE WHISKEY BRANCH NEIGHBORHOOD. WE ARE A NEW NEIGHBORHOOD AND AS SOON AS THE HOA IS TURNED OVER I FEEL VERY CONFIDENT THAT CEPCO WILL BE REPLACED.

  16. Working with Johnathan Northam over the past year has been a pleasure. He is very responsive to communication, works hard and cares about his communities. We have been well supported by Johnathan & CEPCO.

  23. Laura Hines who manages Lions Gate is superb. She is very knowledgeable and always responsive to those that live here. Laura is on top of all the issues that come with homeownership.
