I came for an appointment 15 minutes early and waited 45 minutes before I had to leave to another appointment. The front desk receptionist said the Dr will see me, then sent me into a patient room. I waited another 10 minutes before anyone attended me, then ended up leaving. The staff appears pretty inattentive, but they were busy also.
Dr. Richter and his staff are great. I was a bit nervous for my surgery but they made it as easy as possible. I’d definitely recommend this office!
I really can’t say enough about Dr. Richter and his staff. They were very personable and helpful to me. All of them took the time to listen to my problem and provided a lot of support in helping me deal with my plantar fasciitis.
