Always holding my money…..got paid yesterday went to Walmart and my transaction kept declining. I go to the atm in Walmart see my balance is clearly there and it would not go through. Tried calling paying bills over the phone transactions declined. So I work hard earn my money and can’t spend it like I want to.smh
I have been banking with Cgr over 9 year i normally get great customer service but this Women at the drive through was so rude to me at the window…..it makes me not wanna deal with them…..she didnt speak and was rude and aggressive….

Been with this bank for years. My paycheck is direct deposited every 2 weeks never had a problem with cashing my tax refund until today, and no one can give me a valid reason as to why such a long hold was placed.
Pleaseeeeeeee don’t bank here. The WORST bank I ever banked with. They put a hold on every little thing. Out trying to make purchases and card constantly declines because they’ve put a hold on it.
They will lie just to not give you a loan!

This has got ti be the slowest most outdated bank around! Whether im going through the drive thru OR inside, it taies them 30 minutes to complete a transaction. I use my own deposit slips with CASH and they still take forever!
This bank has been very good to me over the years! They are very professional and nice about waving fees.They even coverage counseled me and helped me get approved for a Cgrcu credit card! They get to know you by name! The only thing I don’t like is I need more convenient locations
Today I was having a bad day how Robin Credit Union had did me. So I had came to CGR for a auto loan and I had June Brooks. She was awesome she had help me to get approved for my loan and great low payments. I really appreciate her.
Worst bank ever. The employees are not trained about how banking works. If you are confused about your account or transactions, they are never able to explain what’s is going on, just repeat back to you what your transaction log already …
Need more convenient places .. The workers are great. My money is available when I need it .
There is a receptionist who works there who is beautiful and has huge hips. I wonder if she still works there, id love to take her on a date and get to know her

On my visit today, customer service was not satisfied. I was unaware of the new member fee for the premier checking account that started in January. Rep stated they sent out notifications in November. Maybe the envelope should state …
