Receptionists arrogant and rude. Google rating of 3.6 is way to high. Could say alot more, but will leave it to your imagination.
I was surprised to see the google reviews of CH Derm- I’ve had very positive experiences with wait time, medical care and communication both during and before covid.
I have had decent experiences with this office in the past, however with the last snowstorm, day 2 after the storm they texted me to let me know they were confirming my 830 AM appointment, but when I showed up the office was closed and I had not (and still have not) been contacted.
I just started seeing a PA and Doctor here and they have all been very helpful throughout my struggles with alopecia areata and have helped come up with a new and better treatment plan
I went to CH Dermatology today after months of intense itching, only to be told to ‘moisturize differently.’ I felt like the doctor didn’t put any genuine thought into what he was suggesting, as I had already told him I’d tried multiple different lotions/body washes, for him to suggest to try another.
If you love waiting an hour in the waiting room and then being offered whatever their newest “top of the shelf” product is without so much as a question asked then go ahead. Waste your time. Every single ailment of the skin is preventable …
The staff and physician are excellent, knowledgeable and caring. I have so much trust in this practice, after years of patronage, that I have recommended it to numerous family members and friends. No negatives at all in my experience.

charged me $175 for a 4 min consultation-then sent me to collections. no call from them no mail sent for billing….I call leave multiple messages to resolve the issue-they wont pick up the phone/return a voicemail. what’s worse is they didn’t even fix the issue I was having. utter joke. i wish i could give it 0/5

I adore Dr Becker. He gives me the best care for my LS. I am so lucky to have found him. The only dermo out of 6 that gave me good results. Becker is a kind and lovely doctor.

I had an appt with Dr. Fradin at 11:15am. After checking with the front desk staff several times and waiting for 1 hour and 10 minutes, I walked out. There was no explanation from the staff when I asked about how much longer the wait would be. I will not be returning to this practice.
Drove an hour for a skin appointment but they didn’t bother to ask me about insurance beforehand and they do not take Obamacare which is kind of pathetic and un-American. Too bad my health doesn’t make you enough money.
I have been a patient there for over ten years. However, when my doctor retired and left the practice they did not notify me and when I tried to make an appointment they told me I needed to start over as a new patient and see a nurse practitioner. Instead, I’ve moved to a different practice.
