You can’t get thru to them once you open an account. No way to ask questions thru text or email, they put you on hold forever and don’t care about you once they have your money.
Extremely disappointed. Have had us jumping through hoops for weeks now just trying to open an account. Would close it + move on if my boyfriend was not a part of this bank.. Not recommended
Finally decided to move from Umpqua to Schwab and I couldn’t be happier. Now I don’t have silly international or atm fees. It’s great! Plus they have always been super helpful with any questions I have
