This is the third time I am late to work because they are late to work. You have to get a shot each week, I have a appt at 7:30 and they show up 30 min late. Then it takes 20 min to get to me, 20 min wait to check on restriction. This is why I quit shots years ago. They have no respect for your time.

Dr. McNellis removed my thyroid the day before Thanksgiving, and I had the best experience from my very first appointment to my post-surgery visit! When i was a kid the ER drowned a bug in my ear so it wouldn’t squirm and they dug at it painfully for hours. They gave up after 4-5 hours and said I can come to the ENT in the morning so I did. They vacuumed it out almost immediately and I felt relieved (:

They’ve delivered great medical care and customer service from the physicians to the staff. Often a very short wait, flexible scheduling, caring physicians and staff. Highly recommend for any parent.
