First time visit and process was very smooth. Check in process was simple. Nurse Vicky triaged and Dr. Richardson and her MA were great.

Was there a month ago and still didn’t get the results of the annual exam, called the nurse 3 times, left voice messages and she never called me back, such unprofessional! I have gotten the bill to pay but don’t know the results. Not gonna come back there again!
I have been going to Charleston OB/GYN for 32 years now. They have taken care of me since I was 17 years old. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! They are very professional and caring.
I am so grateful to Dr. Ottinger for taking care of my acute, painful problem on very short notice, and for doing a procedure in the office right away, instead of making me wait longer to resolve my issue in the OR. I love Dr. Devine and her nurse Lisa. I always feel loved like they truly are concerned with my medical issues. I usually get in and out at a very reasonable time frame.
Lord knows, getting older isn’t what it is cut out to be, but Dr. Hamilton and her nurse Terry have been a comfort when times are tough. I feel relieved to know they are great at what they do and they care about me!!
Dr. Fisher and her nurse are wonderful! The receptionist should work on their customer service skills though. First impressions leave lasting impressions.

Waited over an hour for Dr. Fisher. When I called her out on it she said “Oh, your timing me?” and then she would not see me because I called her on it. If you don’t value your time, make an appointment here. Read the other reviews – it seems an hour wait is their policy 🙁
My daughter just called this office she is pregnant and has not been able to hold anything down no food no liquids since last Tuesday. They could not get her in to see her doctor until March 18th. Yes we are looking for another doctor.
Would 100% recommend this place! I have never felt more comfortable in an OBGYN office. Dr. Hamilton was quick, efficient, answered all my questions and was REAL. The staff was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable for a first timer. Thanks!
