Absolutely the worst customer experience I’ve ever received. I spent 20 minutes on the phone just trying to get in touch with someone and kept getting the run around from their automated machine.
To get gas turned on, an adult has to be in the house between 8am-4pm. Do they not think people work for a living? If there was another option I would take it- but that probably explains the lack of service.
I’d leave 0 stars if I could. These people are THE WORST. They make mistakes and then take their time to sort it out. The expectation that people have 4-8 hours to take off work and sit and wait for them is both inconsiderate and inconvenient. If I had the option right now, I’d rather use a campfire.
After reading all the negative reviews, I was worried about setting up new service. My experience was great- Olympia (super sweet) had me set up for service in about 10 minutes.
I know this company gets low reviews but anytime I’ve called them I haven’t no issues. Just called to reconnect and talked to one person and got an appointment for the next day.
Once you get thru the red tape, the field representatives and technicians are the best. If Fred and Tony are there for your service call, that is the A-Team, you have dedicated and diligent professionals working on your equipment or lines. Thanks again to those two for superior work.
