It’s a hassle to get ahold of anyone to pay your water bill. I’ve been calling for 2wks and I refuse to pay a late fee when the water district is at fault for not answering phones during their open hours! This is a monthly issue.

If I could rate zero stars I would! There is ALWAYS a water break somewhere and then your water is off for hours and hours. Literally water was off on thursday December 16th for hours! Stepson called around 1030am it didnt come back on …
