The staff at this office are incredibly rude and unprofessional. While waiting to see the doctor, I could hear them talking badly about patients and making fun of them after they left. I’ve also found them very difficult to work with and not friendly at all. I’ve been there twice and have decided to change providers.
I was very pleased with my experience at Chesapeake Eye. Dr. Yonker provided me with exceptional care as a cataract and glaucoma patient. Also, pleased with the staff and most fortunate to have Chesapeake Eye in the area.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went into the Salisbury office today (3/22/21) to buy a new pair of glasses with my new prescription. I asked them if they still accepted 3rd party payments (through a specific medical waiver program), …
Very professional and friendly staff! Highly recommend. Special shootout to Deneen. She was awesome. Very patient with me and calmed my nerves. Only IV that I have ever been given and I didn’t even bruise. Thank you all so much for giving me good eyesight again!
