Extremely disorganized. I waited for more than one-and-a-half hour beyond the appointment time to be seen by the doctor. Repeatedly, I was provided false information when I asked for it because nobody took the initiative to come to me and provide an explanation.
The doctor and all of the staff are so welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. We always feel well taken care of when we go there. They try to make sure the glasses are as affordable as possible, using your insurance and any other possible discounts.
