Most incompetent people I’ve ever done business with. Poorly lead team that doesn’t have an answer for common questions. Customer service is well below par, from answering the phones, to simple business conversation.
If I could give no stars, I would. Absolutely horrible. Do. Not. Get a mortgage through them. No communication. If I had more space I’d gladly share our whole story. Suffice it to say we will be refinancing (even at a higher interest rate) or even selling and moving just to get away from them.
I have been a customer for years, and although there are multiple things I would prefer them to do differently, there are two things they have ALWAYS EXCELLED on. These are customer service and their alertness to transactions that are out of the norm for an individual.
I would highly recommend steering clear of this place. The customer service is horrible, and if you need to talk to someone it’s next to impossible, and when you do nobody knows the answer to anything. I will refinance as as possible to get …
