Frequent arbitrary outages with no warning. I will say they typically get the grid back quickly.

Compared to MLG&W, rates are a whole lot more reasonable and I don’t have the outages others talk about.
Have never experienced such unreliable power anywhere I have lived in multiple states and it keeps happening. Have communicated to everyone possible and nothing changes. How is this allowed to happen?
This company is amazing. They take care of issues and power outages right away! We can always depend on chickasaw electric to get the job done!
After a so called upgrade and scheduled outage in April or May 2020, we’ve been losing power consistently three to four times per week. If I had a choice, Chickasaw wouldn’t be my choice! Provide service or get out of the utility industry, unacceptable!
Made several attempts to report a power outage. Was never able to speak with a representative. Each time I would receive the message indicating my caller number and after waiting a few seconds the phone would automatically disconnect.
We’ve been without power since Thursday and still can’t get any answers from Chickasaw (it’s now Sunday)…you call and they hang up on you…I’m sure they won’t replace all the food we have lost by now nor pay for our alternate lodging… but will be quick to raise our rates….

Impossible to get ahold of!! Been calling for 2 days trying to reach someone in the main office. The Overflow line is pointless. And when we went to the office at 4pm and hour before their posted closing time they have everything closed down!
Have had Chickasaw Electric for 2.5 years, and only a couple of outages to day. However, they are VERY quick at returning power, so it has not been any issue at all. Moving from MLGW, Chickasaw has been a HUGE breath of fresh air!
