Honestly have been with this company for over a year and have yet to come across one person that works here who doesn’t have an attitude problem and isn’t extremely rude as soon as they answer the phone. Makes me not even want to call you guys when I do need to.
heres what you do when a bill is in your mail box, no mattert what bill it is. if you can visit the company you owe money to, visit and pay asap. or send a good check that is usually has record on your bank statement of being paid……. or pay online, but… this online stuff puts somebody out of a job. the best excuse is NO excuse.

Place is legit and prices they offer for electricity are fair. Customer service in well informed and friendly. They do run business not charitable organization and if you do not pay your bill for 60 days the electricity will be shut down. Turning it back on is also straightforward, pay your past bill

Shut of power on a stage four cancer patient didnt follow their own protocal or mass law, refused to rectify situation then shaked him down for 50$ reconnection fee when they shouldn’t nhave turned it off in first place.
