Staff is not great with knowledge of insurance coverage. Likely to over charge with shipping and handling fee that should be an operational cost the provider handles.
Additional $80 for a contact lens fitting fee, that would not be covered by insurance. Thus place is a ripoff. I’ve never paid additionally for an exam.

Do not go to this rip of place. My mom went here and they charged her for what was suppose to be her free annual exam covered by her insurance. Then when my mom asked for a copy of her eyeglasses prescription the charged her $5, because she didn’t want to purchase their recommended $600 glasses. This place is a rip off.
