I think this is the best place to take you’re children. All my kids go here and love it especially Dr.Carlson such a wonderful doctor and always listens and helps you understand what’s going on.
Went for infants cough got no help no antibiotics got nothing got blown off by the doctor this place had 20 patients in the lobby no where to sit down the outside had spit and throw up on the ground. 0 star if possible I feel wronged by this place.
The extended hours are wonderful – I can always get my kids in and get medicine right away. The doctors acknowledge questions, needs, and concerns, and address them politely.
Dr Lace is the best doctor…I no longer live in Oregon but anytime i question the doctors where i live now i will call dr.laces office and speak to a nurse to see if what the other doctors are saying is correct. The worst pediatric clinic I have been to. The people that answer the phones are always rude and short with you. They were going to make me wait well over a month just to get a flu vaccine. Something that takes less than 5 minutes.

I see Dr Hamblin and he’s very empathetic and professional. He’s very easy to talk with about any concerns I’ve had. I also love that I can call and talk to nurses about my child’s symptoms and know if I need to bring them in or not. The receptionists have always been extremely polite and caring as well.
Just switched all my sons over here, I love their new doctor. He was super nice and let me ask any questions I had after we talked. The office staff was nice too and they got me in fast as soon as I sat down. It’s nice I could get in my next appointment at 6 o clock too so my husband can go after work. Very happy I switched.
