  1. My son is in the hospital right now and we have been here since 12 this morning and still waiting its 4:00 in the morning and they had to help someone that just came in 20 minutes ago when I have been here for 4 hours

  2. This is by far the best hospital w the most caring and compassionate healthcare team I’ve ever experienced. I love this hospital and I would recommend checking them out

  3. Had a bad day at Children’s Hospital.. My daughter’s appointment was at 9:00 she was not seen until 10 something and no one knew what was goin on…. I was really disappointed

  4. got a bullet wound in a gang fight with my brothas from the blood, when i showed up for surgery in my left arm they didnt give me a band aid instead they persisted on surgery but i didnt want to leave my brothas because of some stupid scratch

  5. the staff have been great! they are very helpful. they are compassionate with my son and my boyfriend and I. they are willing to answer all our questions the best they can.

  6. We saw Dr. David Tolo tonight at the Village Pointe Childrens Urgent Care and he was attentive and really listened to what I had to say. He was very informative and genuinely cared about my little boy! Thank you!

  7. First and last time there . Terrible service. Nurse Practitioner was trash with her terrible bedside or lack of . Attending was no better . I am completely disgusted. No scribe was present at time of service. Is this common practice not to notate what is being said ? I will never bring my children here again .

  8. I couldn’t ask for better doctor’s to help take of my daughter they are so amazing I couldn’t Believe it. And we were also there at the children’s hospital during the pandemic of COVID-19 they’re well organized.

  9. We got here an hour early for our appointment because we know how this place is, and the Dr was still 2 hours late. Made me have to cancel my other appointments to make sure I wasn’t late for work too. Ridiculous

  10. Worst emergency room ever! Stay away at any and all cost. It doesn’t matter that your child could have possibly sepsis they literally do not care one bit. Poor excuse for an emergency room.

  11. This is the best place! I’ve gotten so many answers! When ut comes to my kids there health is first then we worry about the cost! Thanks to great doctors and nurses for awesome bed side manners and great care!

  12. This hospital is a complete joke. Kept my son for 6 hours for observation without a single test because of the insurance we have and sent him home with meds as a bandaid fix instead of actually finding out what is causing my son pain

  13. when we are looking for a simpl appointment for my son right there they transfer me to someone that is looking for other pediatric location which i did not even ask to look for other pediatrics location just an appointment for my son to be …

  14. Unwilling to take payments that we can afford each month. Part of the bill is only 90 days and the rest is less than 30 days. We have paid $1400 in that 3 months and they are now threatening to send us to collections !!! So much for giving us 14 months to pay it off like they said. We will be looking for another doctor.

  15. We have been here with all of our children. The staff is AMAZING. Everyone does such a great job of explaining what they are doing. And they are so attentive. I feel so fortunate to have this level of care right here in Omaha!

  16. This is by far the best level of care for kids in the Midwest! While I hope a person will never need to come here for any member of your family. However if you find yourself in this situation please know you will get top notch care!!!

  17. Horrible management! Im sad that I recommended people to work there. Ive heard from over a handful of people that its the worst hospital in Omaha to work for…I agree!

  19. Waited over an hour and a half in the emergency room to get my one year and one week old daughter in with a 105.7 temp and the nurses acted like they didn’t care. Terrible service and terrible demeanor.

  20. The staff was great. They were very understanding of my concerns and stopped to explain processes to me. The only reason it got 4 and not 5 was the wait time. I know in an er you will be there longer but it took hours for a doctor to even come in and evaluate the situation.

  21. I had my son appointment for helmet clinic I reach there late due to road construction work I already called in clinic and told the front desk lady i had appointment 9:45 but I m reaching there 10min late she said it’s ok I will extend …

  22. Every time I come to the emergency room cause my 4 year old has a seizure. We are sitting her for hours. No one in the emergency department cares about anything but letting you just sit here like your child means nothing to them. Wish I could take her somewhere else!

  23. Excellent care, nice facility. Only complaint is billing. My financial application never reached them through mail, but I understand sometimes things get lost in the mail. What I didn’t like was the way I was talked to, almost condescending, about sending it in again.

  24. Children’s has provided excellent care for all of our children for over 20 years. I am so thankful for their dedication, commitment, and passion to provide the best possible care. The staff are so invested in each child and their family. Love this place!

  25. I was sent to the hospital for a consultation with surgery for possible obstruction with my son just to wait in hospital 2 days before running any test to see if there was an obstruction then when negative they kept my son 2 more days …

  26. Writing this in response to the bad things I’m seeing about the ER. So many complaints about the wait time. Blows my mind. I moved here from a city where you wait 10+ hours to be seen in the ED (unless you are actually dying). And here …

  27. The doctors we have had have been awesome, 5-star pediatricians – this review was written out of necessity due to a recent technicality with the billing department and the billing structure of the hospital. …

  28. My son has been coming here since he was 7 and the staff has treated with nothing but love and compassion. Some staff have not seen him for years and will still remember him from his cancer treatment days! All are amazing and I world give way more stars if I could!

  29. I am 14 years old, I had EXTREME Stomach pain, not knowing I had Eosinophilic Esophagitis. At first they didnt think an admission was required… I came in as Emergency BC I had extreme dehydration from not eating for 3 days. Even though it …

  30. Waited for an hour and a half and I was the only one in the waiting room when I came. I ending up leaving to go elsewhere. Most terrible experience I’ve ever had! Rude staff.

  31. Worst emergency room ever! Poor service, wait times in the ER are horrible, very dismissive of concerns of the well-being of your child. I waited for almost 3 hours the ER here is the absolute worst. Look for a better place for your child, because here you’re going to leave dissatisfied and disappointed.

  35. My 6 year old granddaughter was at this hospital this weekend and the way they were treated by the physicians was ridiculous. After prolonged fevers were referred there by their pediatrician and the hospitalist here made them feel like it …

  36. 5 Stars for the service I received, but have to lower it to 2 after I received the bill. Price for 5 minute visit with a doctor and a 5 minute x-ray was over $600. The radiology prices here are ridiculous and I don’t believe I can trust …

  37. The staff are amazing and caring people. They not only take great care with children, but take the time to talk to parents and visitor about all the equipment in the room and what each does. The professionalism displayed by all the staff went above and beyond what we expected. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

  38. I bought my newborn to this hospital and they did not treat him like he was a infant at all. My son was treated as if he was part of a study. When the nurse could not draw his blood correctly she got frustrated and act as if he was not …

  43. Wow! I think the hospital is amazing! We had the best nurses even on the weekend. The Drs we had were incredibly amazing and soo caring. I would even say the lab technicians were great ,the food service people were good and even the cleaning crew did a good job. We even got to work with the social workers, they were nice.

  44. I’d LOVE to get them 0 stars. We are getting ready to walk out of the ER literally as I type this. We’ve been here for 2 1/2 hours, and have only accomplished a 5 second X-ray. He choked on something at home, and when I couldn’t get it out …

  45. This pertains to the Sleep Study portion of the hospital – which I feel is kept completely separate and operated differently from the rest of the hospital. At least, I hope it is based on our experience. …
