I arrived late after 10:00 PM, at ILG Airport, the staff was pleasant and took care of my reservation right away. I slept well and woke up rested. The breakfast was satisfactory but nothing to brag about. The apples were soft and I dare not eat the boiled eggs. But the Toast, sausage and scrambled eggs were good.
The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond fixing a reservation problem for us. Amy and Danielle did a great job fixing the problem and making it right for us. I was not happy with the representative we spoke with at corporate. She was rude and unprofessional and did not help fix our situation at all.

Quality Inns are pretty much a good bet to spend a night. We like this one in New Castle because it is a great location for us. The rooms could use a little updating. We stayed in the Suite one time and it was great, more expensive that a regular room, but a lot nicer.
Hotel stay was great, although I could’ve used a more comfortable blanket and 2 regular sized pillow versus the 4 smaller ones provided. Everything was as described online. Checki in and out was super quick. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. I would stay here again.
It is easy to get to and from this hotel. We chose to stay even though we we attending a wedding in Pennsylvania. Breakfast was good but the rooms were on the smallish side. The entire facility could use an updating makeover but it more than adequately served our purposes.

It is easy to get to and from this hotel. We chose to stay even though we we attending a wedding in Pennsylvania. Breakfast was good but the rooms were on the smallish side. The entire facility could use an updating makeover but it more than adequately served our purposes.

The rooms are very nice, clean. The breakfast was pretty good, the workers there are very nice too. This is like the third or fourth time I’ve stayed there and when I’m passing by I will stay there again, God willing.

I have been in other Quality Inns and they were pleasant to the eye as well as the body. The Bathrooms were much better. This one I could tell it was a very old hotel trying to look up to date. Fair stay the staff was great. Rooms a bit out dated but a clean and quiet location.
This is a motel setup. It was clean but the walls are thin. Staff was nice. The bathroom is super small. Breakfast is waffles and microwaveable items like sausage biscuits.
Hotel and room were dark. I was in a suite in the “newer section”. There was a dead cockroach by the bed. The room was damp and smelled like urine. It’s days later and I still feel skuzzy for being in that room.

Huge suite,,,, bed, sheets, pillows, bathroom, towels clean, no odors or stains anywhere. The bed fairly comfortable, but just a matter of personal preference, I slept quite well tho.
