We are new here and really liked the staff. Just a major problem with getting prescription refills called in!! I don’t like to complain, but something needs done about this.
Very caring staff and doctors, polite and courteous. Make every effort to serve you as quickly as possible, but really thorough in diagnosing and treating you. I recommend them to my family and friends and anyone who reads this.
CFM Ripley is the best! Very professional, caring and compassionate staff. They are the best! Ive always felt taken care of and all my questions, no matter how trivial, are always answered. Wouldnt go anywhere else for my and my family’s healthcare needs.
Staff are very polite and caring. Only NPR’s and LPN’s staff this clinic, also there is an regularly scheduled adult/child mental health doctor that frequents the facility. The 5 star rating is due to the pharmacy being attached to the same building as the clinic. no need to drive to another pharmacy to fill prescriptions!
Great staff, very friendly and caring. The best nurse on staff has to be Mrs. Beasly. Very caring, very informative, and very friendly. As an added benifit, they have a pharmacy attached to the same building, so no driving to get your meds!
I just started going the first appointment I had was not very great. The nurses were wonderful and very nice I switch to this clinic because the doc I had for ten years was not seeing patients much and was never there do to this covid 19 …

My husband came in with symptoms of Covid and he was very sick. I let the nurse know that he was having trouble breathing and chest tightness. The Nurse Practitioner didn’t even take time to assess him. She only came in to give his test …
