If your coming to unload here. Be ready to wait 4 hours. Guy unloading was the slowest guy out there. He takes his time. Unloads and brakes down and sorts 1 pallet at a time. And takes his time like he has all day to do it.
only company i’ve ever called for customer service help and was asked to call back. ordered clothing items from their website on my store credit card and after almost 2 weeks I still don’t have my order. I live less than 12 miles from their warehouse. I’m not shopping with them again. I’ll pay off my card and cancel it too.
My best friend works in one if the stores. her paycheck is routinely late (a full week has passed at this time and she still hasn’t recieved the latest one), no phone number to contact their Human Resources department.
I really liked ordering online for several years. But I made the mistake of ordering gift cards for my daughters this past Christmas. Now they don’t redeem them anymore. Since they went bankrupt. So can we hope the new owner might honor them?r? Otherwise I am SOL $300.anymore
