They are not really pro-member. I’ve been a member since the 1990’s and I’m treated better as a customer at other financial institutions than I am with COPFCU. It’s a shame!

Been a customer here for many years and their customer service is nothing short of phenomenal. They are always friendly and helpful. You really can’t beat their rates either. You really do feel like they care about you as a customer. Don’t waste your time with big name banks.
