Incredibly unimpressed. Even with two referrals, and calling for 6 months they never got back to me. When I did finally get through they wouldn’t let me have an appointment.
Dr. Lai is an excellent neuro-ophthalmologist. I refer all of my neuro ophthalmological patients to him and he is very thorough and complete in his care. Highly recommend him.
I have no idea how the doctor is but after half a dozen calls with the front desk and almost two months since my original referral I guess I never will.
