Living anywhere outside of Fort Dodge makes it almost impossible to work with Citizens. Their website is clunky, If i have to make changes to my account I can’t do it online because they never give you any helpful information. I feel like it’s stuck in early 2000s. Its 2023. Get with the program.
I love my location in Spirit Lake. Always friendly and helpful. Corporate in Fort Dodge has the worst Customer Service of any bank or credit union I have ever done business with. They never answer the phone, always voicemail and they don’t return calls for hours if ever.
