My internet is awful. My internet goes in and out and when you work from home it gets really frustrating especially since it is the only service I can get in my area. Ugh!!!

I was just on the phone with Frontier after moving to a new home. The representative was polite, and able to make the necessary changes so our service was not interrupted in the slightest. I was afraid they were going to raise my bill but they didn0t and everything turned out better than I expected.

So far they have missed 3 scheduled appointments and don’t seem to understand we keep re arranging our work from home schedules to accommodate them…..
