A definite crooked operation, I’m surprised it’s still around. I’m not a deliquent on paying but they take so easily and give back rarely. The water that comes out of the tap taste like straight chlorine bleach. The customer service inside the billing office has gotten a little better over the years…..as long as your not late on your bill
The old ladies that work there are mean and hateful… They give dirty looks and when I have to go inside to pay my water bill they more often than not take personal calls and they make me wait 10 minutes while they talk on their cell …
The website is always wrong as to when they’ll be open. I call all the time but knowone ever answers. If they would just pick up the phone or have a better updated page it’d be so much easier
