Today I took my child to the ER around 11am. It didn’t take me long to be seen, Connie was great at the reception office. The ER nurse was good as well. We saw the nurse practitioner she was awesome and very detailed. Yes sometimes is could be real busy. So far my family members has had a good experience. If not will do a survey or call.
The nurses are rude and cut you off while you talk. They don’t care about your issues and take urine samples when it isn’t needed. Probably just so they have something to charge you for

If I could give them a negative one I would, the nurse was rude and called the police on my sister for asking a question and other things transpired last night. Citizens has civil rights for a reason and if anything happens to my mother I will see the entire staff in court. The hospital should be closed.

I had surgery on 12-5-22 and was on floor 2 in room 290. The nurses were nothing less then perfect. They announced when they came into the room and the same with during the night. They made me feel very comfortable and respected.
