Horrible people to deal with. 100% obvious they know they’re the only option and will treat you like garbage because they know they can. Someone really needs to come through and clean house with this terrible business and start fresh.
they give no time to pay bill then charge to send a late notice and 20 recconect fee they dont read most meterers one month my bill is twenty next month eighty and i dont have gas and when you go to argue your bill they are very rude and they all come out as they are going to beat you up
They run up on you when you enter, if you don’t pay the day before your due date they turn you off and if they turn you off it takes them 24 hours to drive 3 mi. to turn you back on. By far the worst I have seen or heard of.
