  3. Everytime I go into this little building the employees are always trying to handle someone rudely I mean to the point make people want to slap fire from them. At least 2 of them need to be reconsidered or termination because of their none people skills.

  4. Been back and forth to Houston for my wife because she has serious medical issues just to come back to a note that the water is going to be cut off. Tried to pay online but the site is down . There is no one to speak to to plead for an extension. I’m just truly frustrated.

  5. Y’all need to do something about people blocking the drain and turning the splashpad at Rogers Park into a cesspool. The city can’t even afford a sign? I assure you the sign will run you alot less than the lawsuit y’all will most definitely be seeing once someone’s kid gets real sick from playing there.

  7. Both parent have covid. Making payments. But our water was shut off due to $17.82. Theres two babies in the home and they shut the water off for $17.82. I honestly do not understand how they sleep at night monsters

  8. The city of Beaumont was easy to work with. I pulled and electrical and plumbing permit and got my gas meter installed at my house. The inspector, Mr. Johnson was prompt and professional.

  11. Beaumont is a beautiful place. Only been once but enjoyed all that we saw and did. Embassy Suites was nice and so was my first time being at a Pappadeauxs. Loved Gator Country and the bowling alley we visited. Scenery was nice. Loved the downtown area of Beaumont.

  12. I gave 1 start but they really don’t deserve that. Horrible customer service, all they want is the money and then take forever to come out and turn services back on. They made me pay extra fees due to the fact Someone didn’t do their job correctly. I dislike them and I wish it was another water company to go with.
