UPDATE: The credit union reached out and resolved the matter and that I am very grateful. However, I don’t understand why we need to wait 90 days to be able to link bank accounts and use online bill pay. It makes no sense. Plenty of online only banks allow it.
Online portal is very out of date nearly impossible to use, with basic functions requiring a call into a service agent. It’s been it very hard to do simple things like pay against a loan. Also received unclear and inaccurate communications on policies.
Always outstanding customer service! Everyone is reliable, efficient, kind and community focused! Added bonus- City Hall interior space is beautiful and showcases community arts!
