Everybody complains about the city and there is a lot of room for improvement but at least the city answers the phone when you call and can fix a problem on the spot.
Why is it a city like Cody, WY that wants people to believe they love their country, line the City streets with flags made in China. I can’t believe I pay taxes for this. You can buy flags made in America, I know, I have two on my truck.
