They charge $4 bucks to pay your bill with your card
They missed pick up. Contacted twice and still no response. If they miss it again it will be sitting on their front door.
They constantly overcharge. Billing practices and ethics should definitely be looked into!
These people are so out of date and corrupt. They will cut off your water for owing less than 50$ then charge you 40$ to turn it back on. Corrupt city water. Will be glad when there is a better solution for water instead of cities offering it. They just take advantage of you.
They never knock when they come over to turn water off to give you a chance to pay. They charge you for using your debit card over the phone as well. I don’t know why they don’t have online payments.
