  1. The City will mail your utility bill off on the 15th and the bill will be due on the 25th. No matter the amount. There is no such thing as payment arrangement and if you’re one day late they charge you 30 dollar late fee.

  4. Worse City to live in for your utilities, they told me that they would only give a $12 credit for a water leak that happened at my home. My bill always runs $35 a month and the leak caused it to be a $200 water bill. City stated that there was nothing else they could do.

  6. This place is absurd. Three days past due on a bill because your spouse is in Hospital in Atlanta, because Griffin has No healthcare, and they waste a man’s time cutting you off ! No knock on the door, no second notice, nothing just cut them off! As soon as my wife is better we’re gone !
